How to Program a Delayed Off Timer using Telepace Studio?

It operates like this:

When Charge Pump coil (10001) is enabled by other logic in the program, Booster Pump coil (00002) is instantly latched On.
Whenever Charge Pump coil (10001) is turned off by other logic in the program, The T.1 timer is enabled.
Only after the T.1 timer counts up to its maximum (in this case 50 tenths of a second = 5 secs.), coil 100 is enabled which unlatches the Booster pump coil (00002)
