How do you install the LV426905 padlock device on a unit mount B-frame breaker?

Molded Case Circuit Breakers

Resolution:
NOTE: This is for UNIT MOUNT B-frame circuit breakers (it is NOT for I-Line B-frame circuit breakers​)
Slide the tab on the padlock attachment into the slot above the handle on the breaker. Then, screw the attachment onto the breaker with the provided screw. For more installation information, see the attached installation bulletin.
