How do you install a direct mount rotary handle (LV426930) onto a PowerPacT B frame circuit breaker?

Resolution:
With the breaker in the OFF position by loosening the two screws at the top of the breaker and lifting and sliding the cover out from the breaker. Fit the handle over the front cover and screw the handle onto the cover using the three provided screws in the labeled positions (labeled with "Rotary handle") on the back of the cover. The first time you install them, a considerable amount of force is required to push them through the cover. Once the handle is screwed into place, put the cover back into position on the breaker and retighten the screws at the top of the cover.
