Can an NQ panelboard be used on a 125V DC application?

Resolution:
Circuit breaker engineering has self  certified  QO/QOB breakers up to 70A/3P maximum to 125V DC.  Enter the panel as factory assembled in product selectors as 48V DC.  Place a note in Notes to Engineering to have Peru label the panel as 125V DC.   However, the breakers do not have UL certification as they have never been UL tested to this voltage.
