What is the meaning of the Warning, 'No valid IP address could be found for the PC. The DTM may not work properly!' ?

This warning is explaining that the PC that the Unity project was opened on does not have a valid source IP address on that PC to use for the DTM Browser capabilities. You will need to select your PC IP Address under Channel Properties:
