How can we view the firmware version, model, and serial number of the PM2225 meter?

Resolution
You can view the meter’s firmware version, model, and serial number directly from the display panel by following these steps:
- Navigate to Maint > Diag on the meter’s display.
- Press Info to view the following details:
- Meter model
- Serial number
- Date of manufacturing
- OS version
- RS version
- Press Up to exit the screen.
