Resolution:
There are no load centers available in the US that are IEC rated or CE marked for international use at this time.

NOTE: There were some QO 3-phase load centers, but the IEC rating expired and it has not been renewed and probably will NOT be renewed going forward due to lack of sales.
Square D is in the process of removing the CE marking and IEC rating from the load center labels.
