Resolution:
Make sure the SR3NET01 module is added in the ZelioSoft 2 program
Under ''Edit'' select ''Program configuration'' then hit 'Ethernet extension' Tab
Under the IP address section, one will be able to set static address (IP, subnet mask, gateway address) for the Zelio smart relay and its communication module.
