How do you use the LV426937 open door shaft operator on B frame, H frame, J frame, and L frame breakers to open or close the breaker with the door open?

Resolution:
Push the green end in until the circles line up in the operator, then slide onto the shaft. To use, squeeze in the green piece fully, and turn it to operate the breaker. For more information, see the attached instruction bulletin or the instructional video below:
