A customer would like to know the locations of the communication ports on a CM4000 series meter.

Resolution
The following communication ports are shown on a CM4000 series meter
COM1: RS-485 (Communication with daisy-chained devices)
COM2: RS-232 (Direct communications to the PC)

If the CM4000 series meter has an ECC21 card, then the following additional communication ports are available:
COM3: RS-485 (Communication with daisy-chained devices accessible through the Ethernet gateway)
Ethernet (Modbus TCP connection)
Fiber-optic (located to the right of the Ethernet port)
