What would cause the ATV630 process drives fault relay not to change state after the external fault is activated?

Issue:
Cause of fault relay not changing state after the external fault is activated on the ATV630.

Cause:
The auto restart is preventing the relay from changing until the timeout is over.

Resolution:
The auto restart will prevent the fault relay from turning on until after the auto start time delay.
