What can cause the ATV630 and ATV930 drives to have a blank display and not power up?

DC bus is not charging, bad power board or MCB
Resolution:
ATV630 and ATV930 drives with blank display and not power up.

Cause:
DC bus is not charging, bad power board or MCB
Resolution:
- Check Mains voltage on L1 L2 L3,
- Check DC bus voltage on PA+ and PC if it has the voltage on the ATV930 drives only
- Check the +24vdc and +10vdc power supplies.
- Power cycled if needed and see if the display comes back up.
- Check to see if there is an Ethernet cable connected into the modbus port.
