Can you adjust the motor speed with an ATS48 or ATS22 soft starters?

Wants to adjust the motor speed with an ATS48 or ATS22 soft starters.

Cause:
Soft starters do not have IGBTs which gate voltage/ frequency to the motor, allowing for different speeds or frequencies.
Resolution:
The soft starter will only ramp up voltage at 60 hz. There is no option for speed control using a soft starter.
