How can I get a signature (checksum) of the safety part of my application ?
A signature (SAID = Safe Application IDentifier) can be calculated and supervised using %SW169 or using the EF  "S_SYST_STAT_MX" (and managed by the logic) but the value is only determined at runtime. This signature is performed on the binary application.
- a modification of the safe part of the application will change the SAID value.
- a modification of the non-safe part of the application using a "build change" will not change the SAID value.
BE CAREFUL: depending on the kind of modifications performed on the application (safe or non-safe), a "rebuild all" following a "partial build" may change the SAID value.

Note: For comparing the safe code of both applications (one in the controller and one in Control-Expert), the "safe code signature" is the right way to determine if the applications are equal or not, previously to download the application, from the safe part point of view. This "safe code signature" is performed on the source code of the safe part of the application (contrary to the SAID which is calculated on the binary).
