Yes, PowerPacT J frame thermal magnetic circuit breakers have an adjustable instantaneous trip (magnetic trip).
Ths is accomplished by rotating the small Im dial on the front of the breaker (see the pictures below).
This following table represents the minimum and maximum adjustable instantaneous trip range (it is an analog dial).
