Can the drive relays on Process Drives be assigned to indicate transition between local controls and remote controls?

Resolution:
Yes. First, set the HMI Cmd to Bumpless  [Complete setting> Command and Reference> HMI Cmd = bumpless]
then Goto [Complete setting> Input/Output > Relay Configuration]
Set R3 to HMI Cmd (BMP:Control via the Graphic Display Terminal is active).
