Why are parameters missing or hidden on ATV600 / ATV900 drives, and how can I restore them?
Resolution:
If you cannot see certain parameters in your Altivar Process drive menus, they may be hidden due to access settings or restrictions. Follow these steps to restore full visibility:
✅ Step 1: Check parameter visibility
- Go to My Preferences
- Select Parameter Access
- Set Visibility to ALL
✅ Step 2: Verify access level
- In My Preferences, locate Access Level
- Set it to Expert
✅ Step 3: Remove restricted parameters (if needed)
If some parameters are still missing:
- Navigate to:
- My Preferences → Parameter Access → Restricted Access → Restricted Parameters
- Look for any parameters with checkboxes enabled
- Press the button under "None" to clear all restrictions
