Why are parameters missing or hidden on ATV600 / ATV900 drives, and how can I restore them?

Resolution:

If you cannot see certain parameters in your Altivar Process drive menus, they may be hidden due to access settings or restrictions. Follow these steps to restore full visibility:

Step 1: Check parameter visibility

  1. Go to My Preferences
  2. Select Parameter Access
  3. Set Visibility to ALL

Step 2: Verify access level

  1. In My Preferences, locate Access Level
  2. Set it to Expert

Step 3: Remove restricted parameters (if needed)

If some parameters are still missing:

  1. Navigate to:
    • My Preferences → Parameter Access → Restricted Access → Restricted Parameters
  2. Look for any parameters with checkboxes enabled
  3. Press the button under "None" to clear all restrictions
