Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and restriction of Chemical substances. REACH is a European Regulation impacting all manufacturing industries, which entered into effect in June 2007 “Any manufacturers or importers of substances inside European Community ensure that they manufacture and place on the market substances that do not adversely affect human health or the environment”
