PME licenses are activated and displaying in Floating License Manager but Management Console states that software is not licensed

Issue
Occasionally, the licenses display correctly in Floating License Manager but when you open Management Console an error appears indicating that the software is not licensed. Additionally, the Management Console "About" box displays no licensed modules.

Resolution
To prevent this error from appearing:
  1. In Notepad, navigate to ...\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\Floating License Manager\FLEXnet Publisher License Server Manager\conf\ and then open server.xml.
  2. Search the file for the restartRetries parameter.
  3. Set the parameter to 10 (restartRetries="10")
  4. Save and close the file.
  5. Restart the Flexnet Licensing and the lmadminSchneider services.
