What would cause a SCF4 fault on the ATV320 drive?

Causes of SCF4 fault on the ATV320 drive.

Cause:
IGBT short circuit

Resolution:
SCF4 [IGBT short circuit] • Power component detected fault. • Contact Schneider Electric Product Support.
Troubleshooting check the motor and wiring to the motor.
Disconnect the motor turn off OPL and run the drive open circuit at 15 30 45 60hz
Running the Drive open circuit if the drive still fails then there is an issue with the drive.
