What does suffix 6339 indicate on a legacy circuit breaker?

Issue:
What is circuit breaker suffix 6339?

Product Line:
Circuit Breakers

Resolution:
A breaker or molded case switch with suffix 6339 indicates the device was made specially for an OEM with the following factory installed items:
  • 4A auxiliary contacts
  • 24 Vdc undervoltage release
  • Fungus treatment
  • Low temperature grease
  • Special leads (specify length)
  • Not UL listed
Because of how the breaker labels are printed, sometimes the suffix 6339 looks like 8339 or B339. The correct suffix is 6339.
