It is important to know the series of the combination starter.
The fuse base assembly are as follows:
Series A&B: 9999SF1 (Obsolete) - the entire disconnect switch will need to be replaced. The switches are a new design and will require control panel modifications (new holes) to install.
Series C: 9999SF2 (Obsolete) - the entire disconnect switch will need to be replaced. The switches are a new design and will require control panel modifications (new holes) to install.
Series D and K: 40566-041-51
