Can you get a circuit breaker without an instantaneous trip function?

Can you get a Powerpact or Masterpact circuit breaker without an instantaneous trip function, one that has long-time and short-time only?

Resolution:
You cannot have short time only on a Powerpact H, J, or L breaker.
With P, R, and Masterpact NT and NW it is possible. You need a trip unit with LSI functions; if you have the ST function on these breakers, the instantaneous has an OFF position.
But be aware that there is an instantaneous override that will trip the breaker instantaneously when reached. See attached for Ipk values for the override. Multiply by .707 for RMS. See Table 103, page 12 of 14.
