Why I cannot read MP4 file in Vijeo Designer?
Symptom
When you want play your MP4 file in Vijeo Runtime, the following message appear
Cannot play <example>.mp4
Root cause
To use MP4 file, need to respect the following standard
Container format ISO MPEG-4 (part 12), MPEG-4 Visual video codec with Simple L1 or Simple L2 profiles.
Problem
Cannot find anymore convert tool on website to respect the above format
Workaround
Convert MP4 to AVI format
