How Can I Obtain Drawings for an ATV630/ATV930 Installed in a Custom Enclosure?

Resolution:
If your ATV630 or ATV930 drive was installed in a custom or third-party enclosure, Schneider Electric does not provide the enclosure drawings.

To obtain electrical, mechanical, or assembly drawings for the installation, contact the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), system integrator, or the vendor from whom the enclosure was purchased. They are responsible for providing documentation related to custom enclosure designs.

Note: Schneider Electric can provide documentation for the ATV630 or ATV930 drives themselves or if it is an ATV660 / ATV960 (ATV630 / ATV930 enclosed unit by SE), but not for enclosures designed and built by other manufacturers.
