Web browsers using Java IE 11 cannot access the web pages on a TCSEGDB23F24FA modbus Plus Proxy module.

Resolution
Web browsers using Java Runtime 11 does not allow access to the web pages of the TCSEGDB23F24FA Modbus Plus Proxy.
As a result, the setup for the module cannot be configured.
To access the web pages, the IP address of the module must be excluded from the Java Runtime security.
The following steps can be used to exclude the IP address by making an exception to the Java security

The following steps can be used to exclude the IP address by making an exception to the Java security
- Opem the Control Panel.
- Double click on the Java icon.
- Click on the 'Security' tab.
- Clickon 'Edit Site List.
- Clickon 'Add'.
- Type in the IP address for the module of (i.e, http://192.168.1.100 ) in the textf field that appears.
- Click on OK.
