Is there possibility to parametrize drive in TwinCat without writing application program with sdo read/write ?

The latest versions of the *.xml file (for ATV900, ATV320 and ATV32) allows to configure drive's parameters without creating SDO request in PLC program or to modify the PDO.
The parameters are in “CoE – Online” tab. Picture attached.
