Issue
The 140EHC10500 stops counting when the RIO cable is disconnected.

Product Line
Quantum 140EHC10500 High speed Counter module.

Environment
Windows 10, ProWORX 32, Unity

Issue
If you disconnect the RIO cable from the Remote IO drop that contains an 140EHC10500 High Speed Counter module,
the module stops counting.

This works as designed.  If the CPU loses communications with the 140EHC10500, it is designed to stop counting.
when this happens, the outputs will be set the to the selected output behavior.

When the RIO cable is plugged back, the module will need to be restarted.  For additional information, reference page 30 and 69 in the attached user manual.
