Why can’t SoMove connect to an ATV12 using a standard Cat 5 Ethernet cable?
Resolution:
The ATV12 drive does not have an Ethernet port and does not support Ethernet communication. Because of this, a standard Cat 5 Ethernet cable cannot be used to connect SoMove to the ATV12.
To configure or monitor an ATV12 with SoMove, you must use the dedicated communication cable TCSMCNAM3M002P. SoMove software, DTMs, and firmware updates are available free of charge online: https://www.se.com/us/en/faqs/FA173377/
