Are the resin encapsulated transformers allowed to be mounted on the wall upside down, flat on the back or sideways?

Issue:
Can sealed resin, epoxy enclosed transformers, laid flat on their back, mounted horizontally,  side ways, on the side or upside down?

Resolution:
No. Mounting encapsulated transformers any other way than vertical is not supported due to the heat that it produces, and will void the N3R rating.
