How Does Basic Wiring on ATV600 or ATV900 Compare to ATV61 or ATV71?

Resolution:

The basic wiring of ATV600 / ATV900 Process Drives is largely similar to that of ATV61 / ATV71 drives, with some key differences outlined below:

Digital Inputs (DIs):
Digital Inputs on ATV61/ATV71(labeled LI – Logic Inputs) function the same as the, Digital Inputs on ATV600/ATV900 (labeled DI - Digital inputs).

Analog Inputs (AI):
AI1 and AI2 are wired the same as on ATV61/ATV71.
However, ATV600/ATV900 do not support a bipolar input on AI1, which was available on ATV61/ATV71.

Analog Outputs (AO):
AO1 on ATV61/ATV71 corresponds to AQ1 on ATV600/ATV900.

Digital Outputs (DO):
ATV600/ATV900 use DQ+ and DQ‑ terminals for Digital Outputs.

Relay Outputs:
R1, R2, and R3 are programmable relays and provide functionality similar to the relays on ATV61/ATV71.
