The maximum ampere ratings are 600A for main lug only panels and 600A as well for main breaker panels.
Below are the ampere ratings in increments:
NQ MLO = 100, 225, 400, and 600.
NQ MB = 100, 225, and 400 and 600.
For a 600A MB panel in a NEMA 3R enclosure, this would only be available as factory assembled only.
