User may need to generate a Meter Configuration report or Event Log in ION Setup

Resolution
For ION Meters:

1. Select the desired ION Meter
2. Double-click on Setup Assistant to launch Setup Assistant
3. Select Reports
4. To generate a Meter Configuration report, double-click on Meter Configuration
   • To save the file in text format, click Save As...
   • ​Select a file location, type desired file name, and click Save

For PowerLogic Meters

1. Select the desired PowerLogic Meter
2. Double-click on Reports
3. To generate a Meter Configuration report, select Meter Configuration and then click Display
   • To save the file in text format, click Save As...
   • ​Select a file location, type desired file name, and click Save
