Can a 600A MLO NEMA 3R NF or NQ panel be top fed?

Can MLO 600A and above, N3R rated panels, be rotated in the field or selected in SE Advantage, to be top fed?

NF and NQ panels rated N3R, 4, 4X, 12 etc, in non ventilated enclosures will require bottom feed only. This is due to heat dissipation in the upper section with the breakers and bussing. This would also prohibit you changing from bottom feed to top feed by rotating the interior in the field as well.
Below is the rule:
WHEN USED IN NON-VENTED APPLICATIONS (3, 12, 4, 4X, ETC.) MUST BE BOTTOM FEED. 12” TRIM AND RAIL EXTENSIONS REQUIRED .NO OPTIONS AVAILABLE OPPOSITE LINE END. THIS IS DUE TO THERMALS.
