What is an INF4 fault on an ATV12 drive?

ATV12 shows an INF4 fault

Cause:
N/A

Resolution:
This is an internal error.  This fault may occur if data within the drive is corrupted or if there are inconsistencies.
If somove / simple loader / multiloader is used to upload/download to the drive, then make sure that the firmware of the other drive (ATV12) matches along with the part number.
Using Non-matching drives to force download to another ATV12 can cause this issue.
Perform factory reset if needed to clear fault.
