Only the trained people is allowed to change the batteries of the eXLhoist range. The people not trained makes the replacement under their responsibility
If the remote is still under warranty, it can be replaced for free. However, we need the product returned under normal return process and a TEX report should be filed to figure out why the battery failed so quickly.
