Configuring Harmony XB5R Wireless Push Button for Set/Reset Mode

Resolution:
The Set/Reset function will be available only when ZBRT2 wireless transmitter is used.
First, user needs to assign output to be in Bistable mode.
Second, user needs to pair the output with a wireless push button with ZBRT2 wireless transmitter.
