Resolution:
Go into CONF, FULL, SIM-, and set TFR (max frequency) to a value above 60 hz.
Next set HSP (high speed) under SIM- menu to value desired to a max value of TFR.
HSP -High speed can not be set higher than tFr -max frequency.
