How can you change the configuration of the Momentum CPU Serial port 1 from RS485 to RS232?
Issue:
It is not configurable to be used with RS232.

When I try to change the Serial Port on the Momentum CPU from RS485 to RS232, the configuration is grayed out in Control Expert (Unity Pro).

Cause:
The serial port can not be changed from RS485 to RS232.
The serial port can not be changed from RS485 to RS232.
Resolution:
Serial Channel 1 on the Momentum CPU modules 171 CBU 78090, 171 CBU 98090 and 171 CBU 98091 is a static RS485 port.It is not configurable to be used with RS232.
