Do the BMENOC0301 and BMEH58x040 modules need to reside on the same network?

When adding NOC modules, must they fit into the CPU network configuration parameters?

No. You can add a BMENOC0301 in each local backplane and give it an IP address on its own network. Leave the backplane port deactivated in this configuration.
