Cause:
The difference between the output frequency and the speed feedback is not correct.

Resolution:
Check the motor, gain and stability parameters.
Check the size of the motor /drive load.
Check the encoder’s mechanical coupling and its wiring.
Recheck all the motor parameters
May need to add a braking resistor and turn off the brA.
