Resolution:
When a PowerPacT H, J or L Frame breaker trips, the handle moves to a center TRIPPED position. To close the breaker, it first must be reset, which means the handle must be moved from TRIPPED to the OFF position. Because internal springs are being compressed when this is done, some force will be needed. Once the breaker has been reset, the breaker can be closed by moving the handle to the ON position.
