What is an internal serial link fault (INF3) on an ATV320 drive?

Issue:
Internal serial link fault (INF3) meaning on an ATV320.

Cause:
Communication interruption between internal cards of VFD

Resolution:
Check internal connections.
If there is an option card, remove and re install.
Power cycle the VFD.
Factory reset if needed.
Power up with no option card if installed (this will perform factory reset)
