Is it necessary to provide 230V voltage to CL1, CL2 terminals for the ATS01N209QN?

ATS01N209QN does not use external supply for control circuit.
External supply is needed only for:
ATS01N1..FT (CL1 - CL2 or 24V)
ATS01N2..LY (terminals 6-7)
