The manufacturing date can be identified from the keypad serial number.
For example, consider the following serial number:
FBHR67835160460148
It can be broken down as follows:
- FB = Industry/Manufacturing Plant (internal use)
- HR67835 = Part number
- 16 = Manufacturing year
- 04 = Manufacturing week
- 6 = Manufacturing day
- 0148 = Serial number
Therefore, the date code is 16046, indicating year 2016, week 04, day 6.
When checking another keypad, use the same serial-number structure to identify its manufacturing year, week, and day.
