Issue:
Phase currents on a W frame NW breaker are off by a factor of two

Resolution:
A W frame, Masterpact NW breaker with a Y frame sensor plug will read 2x the actual phase current.
A Y frame, Masterpact NW breaker with a W frame sensor plug will read 1/2 the actual phase current.
Solution is to replace the incorrect sensor plug with the correct one.
