What does the APPL light on the Quantum NOE indicate?

The APPL indicator is simply letting the user know that there are entries in the NOE crash log. In order to view the contents of the log and reset the indicator a browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc. can be used. Enter the IP address of the NOE into the browser and navigate the NOE webpage. The default username = USER and the default password = USER.
