SmartConnect Device Registration when QR Label is Missing
Problem: The label containing the QR code and Product ID and Product Key required to pair a new SmartConnect-enabled UPS to a SmartConnect portal account may appear to be missing. How can a SmartConnect-enabled device be registered without the SmartConnect label?

Resolution:
Rack-mount UPS models may have the QR label attached to the front or rear panel of the unit rather than to the top - please inspect the rear and front panels.
Tower models have the QR label attached to the top of the UPS.
The Product ID and Product Key are printed on the QR label.
If the label is not available on the top, front or rear panel of the UPS, manual registration is possible.
