Why does Unity/ Control Expert 'Transfer Project from PLC' not complete a transfer from my CPU?

What are possible solutions for a Unity CPU that will not complete a 'Transfer Project from PLC' without a specific error?

Resolution
- Upload info must be valid. (This will normally return an error)
- Make sure antivirus / firewall is turned off.
- Make sure the Unity shortcut tab 'Security' permissions are set to 'Allow'. (right click on shortcut and select 'properties')
- Make sure the Unity shortcut 'Shortcut' tab 'Advanced' button has 'Run as administrator' checked.
- Try a different install of Unity Pro to make sure the install is not missing anything.
- Use the automatically created STA to get to equal stage and try a build change.
- Try a power cycle to the CPU.
- If none of the above works, will need to Transfer Project to PLC to fix the issue.
