The Magelis HMIBMU Modular Box PC Universal iPC Magelis has a 1.6GHz Celeron 2980U, which is only a Dual Core CPU with 8GB DD3 RAM meant for ultra-low power consumption applications.
Even though the full Windows 10 minimum requirements are a 1.0 GHz Dual-core CPU with 2GB RAM, a more realistic requirement would be for a Quad Core 2.0GHz with minimum 4GB of RAM.
The HMIBMU is sold with Windows 10 IoT Enterprise Edition (which is a smaller and less demanding version of Windows 10). This would be the version of Windows 10 recommended for install for the best performance.
